A Growing Family - Las Cruces Family Photographer

Can I just say that I L-O-V-E this family.

I first met Nicole and Peter when I photographed their wedding. Now they have a new little one.

This little one is a tease and will be keeping her parents on their toes for a long time.

You guys are beautiful.

Our Attempt - Las Cruces Family Photographer

One thing we wanted to make sure and get down before school started was to take a family picture. Our first "official" family picture. So we dragged Grandma with us to stand behind the camera, push the button, and hope Melody would look at the rattle she shook and shook. It sorta worked. Although whenever a car would go by Melody thought that was much more interesting than a silly ol' rattle. Here's Nate graciously posing and Melody being semi-patient as I set up the camera and tripod.

Family pictures are an adventure. I love Melody's expression in this one. She seems to be saying, "Grandma Taylor, I have NEVER seen you act so silly."

Basically you hold your breath and cross your fingers that you got at least one good picture to hang on the wall.

I love our pictures, probably because I love these people so much.

Lots and Lots of Family - Las Cruces Family Photographer

I had the very fun opportunity of taking some family pictures at a summer reunion. I was invited up to Elephant Butte to spend some time with this smiled filled family at an old lake side lodge. It was so beautiful!

Here is the whole gang. Big group pictures are always a challenge, but I'm very pleased with these results. This family reminded me a lot of my husband's family. They're a big group too and it's always a riot when we get together.

I love everything that's going on in this picture. These are all the grandchildren. What lucky grandparents, these kiddos are fun just waiting to happen.
